Any currently enrolled student of BBA, MBA, B.Com, or any management programme. First-year students are absolutely welcome!
Is there a registration fee? +
Yes, a nominal fee of ₹200 per team. This covers event materials, certificates, and refreshments on the day.
Can first-year students join? +
Absolutely! Brand Aid is designed to be accessible to all levels. First-year students often bring the freshest ideas.
What is the submission format? +
Poster as JPG/PNG (min 1080×1080px), video as MP4 (max 90 seconds, 1080p), marketing plan as PDF (max 5 pages).
Is online participation allowed? +
Round 1 and Ad Submission can be done online. Rounds 3 and 4 require in-person attendance at the venue.
How many members per team? +
Teams of 2 to 4 members. Individual participation is not allowed — collaboration is core to Brand Aid.
